Stelco Turnover Litigation

This website is provided for the convenience of holders of debentures (“Noteholders”) issued pursuant to the First Supplementary Indenture between Stelco and CIBC Mellon Trust Company dated as of January 21, 2002. It contains various publicly filed pleadings and selected court materials relating to the Turnover Litigation described below.

McMillan Binch Mendelsohn LLP acts for some of the Noteholders who are currently involved in a proceeding to determine entitlement to the Noteholders’ distribution from Stelco under the Third Amended and Restated Plan of Arrangement and Reorganization (the “Turnover Litigation”). McMillan Binch Mendelsohn LLP does not act for the Noteholders generally in the Turnover Litigation. Noteholders who are not represented by McMillan Binch Mendelsohn LLP should seek legal advice to protect their rights.
