We regularly negotiate sophisticated agreements for the purchase and sale of retail, commercial, industrial, multi-tenanted residential and development properties, multi-party joint venture, co-ownership and partnership agreements, construction management contracts, reciprocal maintenance and servicing agreements, and development agreements with various governmental authorities.

Our experience includes dealing with the local municipalities to obtain any necessary amendments to local by-laws required to complete a development. Where appropriate, we negotiate municipal and private party service agreements to ensure that local services are extended to a new site and have the capacity to service our client's development.
