Our Commercial Real Estate Group advises clients on legal issues arising in transactions involving public-private partnerships, particularly where land development is the focus of the partnership. We have acted for both private and public interests entering into P3s and have played a leading role in transactions involving the construction of jointly administered facilities, such as multi-use sports complexes and publicly sponsored new economy office complexes. Together with other experts within our firm, we provide complete advice on all aspects of the P3, including the structure of the partnership, as well as tax and environmental issues.
