Our Employment and Labour Relations Group advises on all privacy matters arising in the context of employee and labour relations. Our services include advising on the interpretation, application and implementation of provincial and federal privacy legislation in the workplace, auditing personal information collection, use and disclosure practices, developing privacy policies, responding to access to information requests from former and current employees, and generally achieving compliance with privacy laws. We represent our clients on privacy matters before government bodies and administrative tribunals and commissions.
