	Representative Transactions/Cases
			Acted for several foreign governments in connection with mineral policy and mineral strategy advice relating to long-term mineral commodity contracts for their domestic industry.
			Advised a foreign government with respect to coal bed methane legislation which would encourage the growth of their domestic coal bed methane industry
			Representing a consortium of major corporate users of the Great Lakes/St. Lawrence Seaway in negotiations with the Canadian Government on the commercialization of the Seaway
