We review hiring, termination and other employment practices and policies with clients to ensure that they are not contrary to the Ontario Human Rights Code or the Canadian Human Rights Act. We also offer employee and management training on all aspects of harassment and discrimination. We represent clients during the mediation and investigative stages of the process and defend clients at hearings before Tribunals appointed under the Code or Act.
